Our blessings allow us to give

Each time we Pay It Forward, we are blessed many times over.

As part of our Pay It Forward tradition, our employees carefully consider the many needs in our communities and our world. Each year, every full-time employee receives $1,000 and every part-time employee $500 to give as they choose to individuals, families or organizations in need.

In celebration of Bell's 50th anniversary in 2016, the impact was even greater. Every full-time employee received $2,500 and every part-time employee $1,000 to give to help others.

As part of the program, employees may choose a customer, vendor or community member for Pay It Forward: Community Connect. It gives others the chance to Pay It Forward and widens the ripple of giving.

Together, we can change the world one good deed at a time. We hope you will share in the joy of lending a hand where the needs are greatest.
